Upon booking, a 30% deposit fee is required. This will go towards the total cost of the package. Paying a deposit is an important part of the booking process. A deposit not only secures your spot on my calendar, but it also means that I can fully commit to your wedding day. With a deposit in hand, I can confidently turn down other clients who may inquire about my services on the same day. In addition, a deposit protects both of us in case of unforeseen circumstances. For example, if a couple cancels last minute, I can be confident that the inconvenience of losing work has been compensated, while the couple has put a fair amount to hold their date. By paying a deposit, you can be sure that I am dedicated to capturing your special day and invested in providing you the best possible experience. It is a commitment on both ends that helps to set the tone for a positive and successful working relationship.

After receiving a contact form from you via my website we will set up a time for us to chat either in person or by phone. During this consultation, I will ask you questions about your wedding vision, must-have shots, wedding timeline, and venue details. This allows us to choose a package that perfectly fits your needs and budget. After you decide on a package I will email you a formal confirmation and contract outlining the details of our agreement. This includes the photography package, number of hours I will be shooting, photo delivery details, payment schedule, and other important details. Once I receive the deposit and signed contract your date will be secured and we can begin planning out the details of your day!
